Shipping / Delivery

Shipping and delivery charges vary according to state and/or country of delivery.

Orders placed within Victoria before 9.00am EST. will be delivered the same working day, except regional areas. Orders placed within Victoria after 9.00am EST. will be delivered the next working day or date specified. Orders for regional Victoria will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed to other states are delivered between 1-3 working days, depending on the delivery destination and the distance from the CBD of that state. Orders placed for/in other countries are subject to the sending and receiving country's courier services, taxes, duties and import laws.
*Delays may be experienced during peak delivery times, such as Christmas.

We do not take any responsibility for independent courier services.

Orders to the United Kingdom will be passed onto and filled by our UK partner ukhampersdirect.
Orders outside Australia are passed onto local partners within the country of delivery.

Returns / Refunds

If a hamper or gift basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we can re-courier the hamper/basket to the recipient at an additional freight cost, or alternatively courier the hamper/basket to you at an additional freight cost. If a hamper or gift basket is returned to us because the recipient is unable to accept the gift we can re-courier the hamper/basket to you at an additional freight cost.

Packaging

Illustrations are for guidance only. Where possible packaging of hamper will be as illustrated. Please note, some countries do not allow wicker products, in these cases a quality gift box will be used.
